Terry Theisen
With over 25 years of experience, Terry has worked with organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies as a leader and change agent. He demonstrates strong expertise in designing customer acquisition strategies, launching new business ventures, introducing new solutions and service offerings, and leading transformational change efforts across technology, healthcare, financial services, and retail industries.
Prior to founding Consynity in 2001, he served as head of global customer service at CCH Incorporated and later as head of service strategy at Aspect Communications.
Consynity has assisted seven companies in building new capabilities that resulted in acquisitions by industry leaders including Hewlett-Packard, SoFi, and Symantec.
